What costs will my insurance cover?

Some insurance plans cover Integrative Medicine. Most insurance will cover the specific diagnostic tests, however, some HMOs may not cover them or may only partially cover them. Most insurance companies do not cover natural medicine supplements but some medical savings plans do. Insurance companies should cover protocols or treatments that are prescribed for pain, anxiety, depression, or insomnia. We can fax or e-mail information about this to your health practitioner.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy! We will replace any defective product that you return to us within 30 days of the purchase date. You must contact us prior to making the return to receive an authorization number (unless you are making the return in person). A copy of your sales receipt must be included with your return. If you wish to return a product for other reasons, please contact us and we will determine whether to replace it with a different product or credit your account. If you are dissatisfied for any other reason please e-mail us and we will remedy the situation to your satisfaction.
